What is a Valid Proof of Purchase?


For any limited warranty claim, valid proof of purchase is required. A valid proof of purchase is defined as one
of the following:

-A dated sales receipt from an authorized Webber dealer or reseller. The receipt must show the product
description and price.
-A dated official e-mail from an authorized Webber dealer or reseller confirming purchase and shipment of
product. The confirmation e-mail must show the product description and price.
-An order number from the webberofficial.com website.


Webber reserves the right to take any action to protect itself against all forms of suspicious claims, including,
without limitation, requiring further verification of identity and details of the claimant and qualifying purchases
as well as debarment of claims.


Why does WEBBER require valid Proof of Purchase?


Webber must positively identify that the product falls within the applicable limited warranty period. We also
need to verify that the product was purchased from an authorized seller of Webber products.

Products purchased from non-authorized dealers are often used counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray
market goods. These units may also not be designed and packaged to work in your country and may not meet
all legal and safety requirements. Webber will not be able to honor a limited warranty on a product not
purchased from an authorized dealer or ones that are outside the limited warranty period. If you have
purchased the product from an unauthorized dealer, all support and limited warranty issues should be directed
to that dealer.

Webber has these policies in place to protect both our customers and resellers.

Limited warranty.

The limited warranty won't cover misused products or products that have been used without following the product instructions.

How long is a Limited warranty?

Returns and Refunds

Overview

Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item and package must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item or the package is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to an error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@webberofficial.com and send your item to Mäntyhaantie 4 A 12, 33800, Tampere, Finland.

Shipping return

To return your product, you should mail your product to Mäntyhaantie 4 A 12, 33800, Tampere, Finland.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
